You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"I am Barbos.." he stutters out  "I am here to seek adventure" he says gaining confidence.  "This is my first stop after leaving my hometown and I am already seemingly lost"  He says embarrassed "I lost my travelling partner on my way here too, her name is Sylcey."  "We left our village because there is so much of the world I still haven't seen" He pauses.  "The town was nice but I couldn't stand never leaving." He proclaimed. "My family hated the idea of me leaving, but relented once Sylcey offered her companionship.  It seems she has always protected me since we were young" He says solemnly.  "I do wonder where she has gone, I hope to be reunited soon."  He says with a glimpse of hope in his eyes and a slight smile.  "I plan to stay in this town for the next two nights. Do you know where I can find a safe refuge?"  He says questionably and waits for a response.  "I plan to be off now and if you see Sylcey please do lead her my way."  He says while getting up and walking out of the tent.
