You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"Oh, I... don't really know where to begin." I sigh, taking a quick glance around the bare interior. I take her outstretched hand as an offering to have a seat, and that I do. "Let's see, now. Erm... I've been on my own, a lot. I was raised by the family who owned the doorstep my parents dropped me off at." I laugh weakly, my hand laid on the back of my head in an embarrassed gesture. "Such a great way to begin, isn't it?" I lean forward, my expression again stoic. "Now, all I really do is just explore. It brings a sort of light to my everyday life, just seeing all of the things Aevos has to offer. So many beautiful faces, places, and things. Too many to take in during my life, but what can you do?"
