Seazide

You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Gorm'karuk looks at the women, eyeing her up and down, before he grunts and walks away, not interested in this hag and whatever she wants, he does not believe having a conversation will soothen his nerves after the hunt he is going to do, but he begins to prepare himself, grabbing his battleaxe and proceeds to look around "Where is animal? Gorm'karuk need food.." he then turns to the hag, looking at her and at her things so spot if she has any food for him to eat "Gorm'karuk hungry.." He looks at the hag, joining her again by the fire, just to hopefully share a meal with her.

Gorm'karuk sits down with the hag, as he watches her pour him a bit of stew, he feels more at peace whilst feeling like he is more open to talking with her, go Gorm'karuk looks at her and proceeds to answer her question "So, Where Gorm'karuk come from, Gorm'karuk was hunting, or used to be a hunter, Gorm'karuk hunted men and animal alike, anything that moved or could provide Gorm'karuk good meal was making it so Gorm'karuk could eat and survive, grow stronger to protect own kin."  He looked to the hag, as he continued to eat his stew for a moment.

After a few minutes of eating, he looked towards the hag, having started to have a sense of trust in her, and she didn't seem to wanna judge him for his way of speaking, he gave her a slight smirk, which turned into a smile "Gorm'karuk likes you, you are very nice to wanna listen and feed Gorm'karuk, Gorm'karuk thanks you for your invite to sit and talk" as he proceeds to sit himself down, closer this time, feeling like he can trust her the longer and the more time passes, as he looks around, he finds a cauldron with water in it, he points to it, and as he sees the hag nod that he has the okay to drink from it, he proceeds to drink the water inside, making his thirst go away.

After a bit, Gorm'karuk decides to walk around and take a look at her place, not leaving her but standing up, and looking at the place she lives in, just inspecting it of sorts, checking if there is anything for him to watch out for, but when he doesn't find anything specific, he goes back into her tent, sits down next to the hag, as he proceeds to tell her about himself. "Gorm'karuk comes from a smaller group of orcs, we were strong, tactical warriors, we took what we wanted, we took what we needed, but Gorm'karuk witnessed all of it die, nothing left of Gorm'karuks home, family all passed on, Gorm'karuk all alone, walking, hunting, Gorm'karuk looking for new home, hoping to find soon."

As Gorm'karuk told the hag about who he used to be and what he does now, he felt a bit down, but he looked down at his battleaxe, he showed it to the hag and he smiled for a moment, "This is Gorm'karuk family War battleaxe, has been passed on through the ages from the first 'karuk, Gorm'karuk is now the last to find a new successor to the 'Karuk War battleaxe, Gorm'karuk swore to blacksmith, Gorm'karuk would find new successor of battleaxe, Gorm'karuk will find peace, the day this battleaxe is passed on to someone else, Gorm'karuk will find a orc worthy of calling themselves a 'karuk."

As Gorm'karuk stands up, he looks out towards the horizon, gathering his things, he swiftly picked up his battleaxe, as he walked out a little, taking a breath from the outside, he walked towards the hag, nodding his head to her, he reached into his leather satchel, and handed her a tooth necklace, he then, for the last time, he poured them both some stew, for them to enjoy, he proceeds to rest himself back a little, as he then finished his meal he shared with the hag, he proceeds to stand up, taking a final look back at the hag as he wanders off with his things, ready for a new adventure to embark on, before he leaves, he shouts back to her, "Hey! Hag! Gorm'karuk wont forget you!" He says as he waves for a moment, before walking off into the distance, approaching new lands and hopefully a place.. he can call home.

(Also, a clarification, the " 'karuk" for where Gorm came from, is for him, a name of honor, so since Gorm is the only one left of his clan, he took clan name of "Gorm'karuk")
