    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using OOC knowledge IC'ly, doing things my character wouldn't have done due to their IC ignorance to my OOC knowledge. "Metafueling" would also kind of fall close to this category, which is me telling someone something OOC'ly which they can use to their advantage or to help me with something.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: God-modding, doing emotes that do not make sense for your character to be able to do, or forcing an emote on a player during something like combat without giving them a proper chance to react or say what their character would have done / been like.

Seeing all of the shops, his eyes would dart around for anything that looked interesting, anything 'new' that he hasn't seen before, magic trinkets to study, books of knowledge, anything that he can squeeze an understanding from. Though suddenly he'd take a step back as the well-dressed gentleman approached him, looking them over for a few seconds before returning a smile.

 "Adventure, I guess. I want to learn about whatever I can from what this city is able to offer. Perhaps meet new people that share my thirst for knowledge with whom discoveries and knowledge obtained can be exchanged or offered." He said upkeeping the friendly innocent smile from before, responding with a friendly tone.
