The former lands of the Veletzian League are hereby consolidated into the Aestmarch, to be officially absorbed into the demesne of Barbanov-Bihar. Any Lords of the West, or lesser men of ambition, seeking to exploit the riches of the conquests are invited to petition the Crown, for it is the will of the Aulic Council that this land be finally put to use. But, the valley that lay between the Krawnlund and the East is wild. Let it be known that the Crown seeks donations of gold to fund the construction of new roads, and surveys of these lands that lay between, that they might be incorporated into the Kingdom of Sigismund. 

 

Finally, the once holdings of the Brascalites are hereby reorganised into the non-hereditary fief of Ivangrad, and shall be joined forevermore to a fortress of the same name. The first Kastellan of Ivangrad shall be Ser Belisar var Ruthern (@Masouri), who is given royal authority to enforce the Crown’s Peace in the Aestmarch by way of the Order of the Marian, in conjunction with the Brotherhood of Saint Karl. He shall be tasked with the destruction of the Daelish that squat in the territory, and foolishly lay claim to the whole of it. Any ginger scalp peeled from these pagan rats may be presented to him, or to the Crown, for a bounty of fifty mina.
