You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) [* you have? dang, those are some freaky superpowers you have then, huh? welp, let's just get to the point.]

i wait a bit, looking at the lady, and nothing seems to happen, so i just scratch the back of my head, and continue.
[* i gotta arrive to camp up north at sundown, and i kinda have to get a move on, so i'd appreciate if... y'know, you'd do your thing.] still. no reply.
[* not the talkative type? are you just gonna...] i look around a bit, realising that her eyes are locked deep into my very SOUL. [...keep looking at me like that until you... i dunno,fall asleep?]
