You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) As Lilith scrutinizes the old woman's expression many thoughts churn through her mind clashing in an attempt to produce a fitting response for this unexpected situation. "She has been expecting me?" She asks herself, her face a tableau of stoic detachment yet her eyes showing a hint of confusion and astonishment. After a prolonged silence, she finally blurts out "My story?" Gauging the elder's reaction. As if reading the crimson-eyed lady's thoughts the old woman's mouth curls rendering the wrinkles on her face more defined, a testament to wisdom accumulated through countless experiences. Her voice soon reverberates throughout the tent showing a mixture of warmth and longing " I'm sure you have a lot of questions on your mind, but I'll be sure to reveal them to you when the time is due" "She certainly loves to talk like a charlatan" jokes the young lady to herself ... As she sighs, she looks at her while curling her lips as if attempting to replicate her smile. "I'm just a traveler seeking a little bit of serenity and companionship, and maybe the occasional thrill. A person who simply wants a fun time. As for my origins, a certain quote resonates with my character to this day "You're a wretched soul, misguided by uncommon experiences which have given you a distorted view of reality."" As she finishes recounting her tale, she turns her head to look at the mysterious old woman yet only moss and mold fill her vision. As she rubs her eyes, she suddenly starts laughing like a maniac, after all, there was noone around her to laugh with and to a passerby, it seemed like she was talking with the moss and mold filling the tent as well. "I need to find a human settlment before i go insane" She lampoons to herself as she leaves the tent and resumes her journey.
