Go to the apple store, get the "Geniuses" to do it. Its involved with magnets or something although magnets and hard drive aren't exactly the two words you put together :P

MacBooks, just like any other computer, are pretty easy to take a hard drive out of. There are a billion tutorials online about it. As for the enclosure, I've never done this, but I hear its not too difficult.
