Kingston was pre-built and that became one of the biggest RP hubs in Anthos. I don't follow this idea that cities have to be built in game at all. Particularly when you tend to only have like one or two people doing all the building because nobody else can replicate the same style.
Ehhhhhhhhhh I would rather have an overbuilt city than an overbuilt forest?? Cause I for sure won't be planning on camping there anytime soon. Cities is where you do most RP so better darn make it pretty!
