Walking through Strigzgoi, noticed something neat. Most of the doors are two meters high, for orcs who often top three and a half meters in height.

Honestly, I don't care for your expectations. But what says that orcs can't use hinged doors, orcs arent the crazy barbaric savages you think they are.
