At the end of the day it's a game, and we are here to have fun, not work

Seriously? No. Too seriously? Probably. If RP drives you to make a feedback thread every other day, especially ones that target those whose RP is "not good" in comparison to your own, then you're taking this far too seriously. At least, that's my opinion. This is meant to be a game, and it should be leisurely without the added stress of making a thread every few days to improve it.

When I say I take RP seriously, I mean trying hard to keep in character, expecting perfection in my own RP and immersion, and not stray from character and avoid letting my OOC feelings drive roleplay. I care about providing quality.
