1. Jesea walks up to the poster, smiling at it.

"I guess I'll start the bidding..." she says, laughing quietly to herself.

She posts a note next to the poster. 'Jesea Rousseau wants to buy him for 1,200 minas; contact me via bird.' it says, turning to head off.

2. My opinion on what the server should do: BRING BACK RP DEFAULT...

I come onto an roleplay server specifically to roleplay, not pvp. I don't care if it takes 30 minutes or 3 hours, that's what I like about roleplay. With pvp, literally in 5 seconds that 'roleplay' is over. With pvp default, I have seen alot more BR's and alot more complaining. When the community vote, it was nearly 50% rp default, 50% pvp default, but the staff voted afterwards and pvp default won in the majority of the staff. I personally don't think the staff of the server should have say on whether it is pvp default or rp default.

Full Name: Zorak Rosenthal
Current Age: 22
Sub-race (if any): Northerner
Past /

History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):

Zorak was born into the family of Rosenthal’s, the family had been in charge of a small settlement just off of the Hansetian Mountains. The population within the settlement was very small so most of everybody had known each other and had been relatively kind to one another. His father, being the main source of income had been in charge to the local forge that had provided the village people with basic metal needs. Zorak’s father, Haymon, had made decent money to keep the household out of debt, and had feed Zorak & Julia. Early in Zorak’s life his father had him near the forge so that he could observe his profession and hoped that one day he’d follow in his father’s footsteps.

As the years passed and Zorak grew older his father had him working around the forge helping with minor tasks like; cleaning the equipment, wheeling in supplies, and working the grindstone. Zorak had thought that most of the tasks were dull and didn’t serve much purpose to becoming an apprentice smith. Little did he know, his father had already taken him under his wing and had planned to teach him his ways that night. Later that night, Zorak had confronted his father about his complaint, Haymon just smiled and took him to the forge. That night he had been taught his first lesson in the very long tedious task of becoming a smithy.

At the age of eighteen Zorak had been an apprentice no longer but instead a journeyman in the trade. It was time for him to branch off from his small village he had called home for so many years. Shortly after his leave his mother and father had been swept with a terrible sickness. Julia, the mother of Zorak, had survived the three week long illness though his father didn’t have the best of luck and had fallen victim to the illness. Haymon was thought to be around the age of forty-five when he had died.

Ambitions for the Future: Zorak wants to become a well known and successful blacksmith throughout the realm of Anthos. He wants to become very skilled in the trade an he has high hopes to supply for the Teutonic Order.

Personality: Zorak is very talkative and loves a good drink with a friend at the local tavern. He is very loyal to his family as his father had taught him many of Hanseti's beliefs. Zorak is also a great learner since he has the will to learn and live an intelligent life.

Skills: Zorak is able to craft iron weapons, tools, and armour using the forge. He is also able to craft saddles, and shears with chain and leather armour as well. As a child, Zorak was taught by his father how to fight at a young age, but he is not the best at it since he was only taught to defend himself.

*Bandit 2 notices his blade is stuck in Zorak's leather chest plate and scurries off into the woods in the same direction of his friend*

*Zorak walks toward the door of the cottage and knocks*

Zorak: It is okay now, then are gone. You are safe now.

*Old Man unseals door and peaks out*

Old Man: Thank you. I- If it wasn't for you, I would've been killed.

Zorak: It's fine, and I'll be going now. Be safe!

3. You are standing within the mighty human capital when you notice a small man standing behind a colourful stall. You approach the stall and notice that the man is selling a variety of general goods - he says that he is selling just about anything and that he has no set prices. He is willing to allow you to haggle and choose prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of choice and the discussion that happens).

Answer:

*Zorak walks up too the vendor, eyeing the materials on display*

Trader: A'ye! How are ye' doin' this fine day? Look at me' shop and tell me if ye'd like to buy anything!

Zorak: I'm doing great today, and how much is that iron up there?

*Zorak points to the top of the shelf, which is displaying iron*

Trader: Name yer' price lad! I don't have a set price ye' know!

Zorak: How about 25 Minas and ingot? I think that is a fittin' price for it.

Trader: No no no, I was thinking more like 28 minas an ingot!

Zorak: No thanks, how about we split it even with 26 minas?

Trader: No! How about 27?

*Zorak thinks to himself saying "Man, this guy won't give up...", I need to stick even with 26 minas..*

Zorak: No, 26 minas, and that is my final offer. I know someone who sells it for 24 minas each, and do you want me to just leave here and go there? I don't think so!

*Trader thinks to himself saying "I can't lose his business... Fine..."*

Trader: Fine, ye' got yer'self a deal lad.

*Zorak buys 8 iron ingots and walks home*

Full Name: Zorak Rosenthal
Current Age: 22
Sub-race (if any): Northerner
Past /
History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): Zorak was born into the family of the Rosenthal's, the family in charge of the blacksmith in the small town in the mountains named Alderheart. His family had a good amount of money, but not an insane amount of it. His father was a very skilled blacksmith, one of the finest in the lands. When he was a young boy, he would do chores around his fathers blacksmith (Cleaning up, shining, carrying supplies, tending the furnace, etc.) and his father would give him some coin as a reward to spend on sweets at the local market. When he turned 13, his father showed him his ways, and became an apprentice blacksmith. He would then know how to create only the finest blades and armor. After five years of hard work and training, his father declared him no longer an apprentice, but an official blacksmith at the age of 18. He is now a full fledged blacksmith at the age of 22. His mother and father are still alive, but their health is not too well, (His father is 43, and his mother is 41.) He is now traveling around the world to have his name heard and to teach others.

Ambitions for the Future: To be the finest blacksmith in all the lands.
Personality: An extrovert, very creative, and intelligent. Quite a bookworm as well. Enjoys to read/write.
Skills: Able to craft swords and armor. Able to enchant swords and armour. Trained with the sword to a decent extent. Is fit to be a soldier. Can not mine. Able to read and write.
Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin): (I was not able to get the picture in this post... but I can describe how I look. I am a light skinned man with black hair, a beard, and I am wearing a brownish grey blacksmith's tunic with a tool belt (Hammers and etc.). I also have brown eyes.
Any other details you wish to share about your character: My character is 6 feet tall (2 m). Brown eyes. Black hair with a beard. Muscular from all of the smith work he has done in his life. Weighs 197 lbs.. Favorite season is winter since it is not as hot than the summer while doing smith work.

1. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperors palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what do you do?

Answer: I would walk over to the guards nearby and mention that he looks very suspicious. I would keep this quiet since I wouldn't want the would be criminal to hear this because he would not do whatever he was going to do. I would ask the guards to keep a close eye on him and to keep my name anonymous, because I wouldn't want the would be criminal to get revenge on me if he somehow found out my name when I spoiled his plans.

2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come across a large clearing, in which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armor and an iron longsword, how do you react?

Answer: I would go over and question what and why they are doing this, even if I am threatening my own life. I will not simply watch an old man get robbed or even murdered, and nor will I be a coward and run. If they want coin, I will give them coin to leave him alone. If they attack me however, I will defend myself and the old man. Once the bandits are gone or dead, I would help the old man get back to health and keep him company until he feels he no longer needs my help or company no longer.

3. You are standing within the mighty human capital when you notice a small man standing behind a colorful stall. He is willing to allow you to haggle and choose prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of choice and the discussion that happens).

Answer: I would ask to buy anything that would be in handy for a blacksmith of course! That means iron, gold, diamonds, and coal for the furnaces as well. I am a very generous man, so I would not go too low with the price, but I would offer lower than the current value since I do need to make money, and I don't want it to cost too much to own a blacksmith! I will pay any taxes and tips as well if necessary.
